Wolfmen/Sinead 2012

Merry Christmas, everyone!

The Wolfmen musical collaboration with Sinéad O’Connor will come up public combustion in early 2012 as the beloved Irish songstress’ ninth album, How About I Be Me (And You Be You), is slated to be released 24th February on One Little Indian Records. Marco and C.C. contributed on tracks “I Had A Baby”, “Old Lady”, and lead single “The Wolf is Getting Married”, due to hit the shelves in January. Pretty major!

More information in press-realease-y form can be had HERE, and from Sinéad HERE.

SSG – Praise You Single Out Now

New CC poject SSG has a sneaker peaker out, a cover of “Priase You” and you can plunk down for it now. Yeah, just follow the link RIGHT HERE. You get that?

From Smoky Carrot Records:

SSG is a new project fronted by Swedish singer Izzy Lindqwister (Rodeo Massacre) & Chris Constantinou (Adam and The Ants, The Wolfmen). The collaboration started very naturally when Chris guested on Rodeo Massacre’s album If You Can’t Smoke ’Em Sell ’Em during the summer 2010. A few months after that first studio experience, Izzy and Chris bounced off a few ideas & demos and went back to the studio to record a few tracks. SSG was born. A stunnning psycho-folk cover produced by Paul Frazer of the great Praise You by Fat Boy Slim will officially launch SSG this summer, with an EP to follow in the autumn. The fabulous video is from French director Thomas Delebecque (Minitel Rose, The Parisians). SSG is signed on See How Records, a cool new label distributed by Smoky Carrot Records.
